Hi, I'm Rosie Baylis, and I've been passionately involved in the hair industry for over 15 years. Based in the Tunbridge Wells area, I've built a name for myself both locally and nationwide. As a mother of two, I understand the challenges women face in balancing their busy lives and often putting their needs last. Many women have confided in me about their struggles with managing grey hair and the feeling of not always looking their best.
Throughout my career as a hairstylist and salon owner, I noticed that traditional methods like highlighting often masked the issue of grey hair rather than addressing it. This realisation motivated me to specialise as a grey blending expert. I've since been featured as a writer for Look Fantastic and have collaborated with Current Body to provide valuable insights into their medical-grade hair growth device. Today, I work with women across the country and internationally through 1:1 video calls and transformative grey blending techniques.
