These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Rosie Baylis Hair through the website https://www.rosiebaylishair.com/ ("Website") and at the salon in Tunbridge Wells. By booking services with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Grey Blending Transformation Services

Thank you for choosing me for your Grey Blending Transformation. This journey is an important step in embracing your natural beauty, and I am dedicated to providing you with exceptional care, expertise, and a bespoke service tailored to your unique needs. During your visit to my salon in Tunbridge Wells, I will provide recommendations for local places to stay, dine, and visit, which will be included in your patch test.

2. Consultation Fee

  • The consultation fee of £220 is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, it will be deducted from the total transformation investment.

  • This fee covers a 60-minute consultation during which I will assess your hair, discuss your expectations, lifestyle, and preferences, and develop a bespoke grey blending plan.

3. Cooling-Off Period

  • You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after making your first or full payment.

  • If you decide to cancel your transformation within this period, you will receive a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Within 2 Months of First Appointment: A refund will be provided minus a fee of £1,000 and any applicable processing fees.

  • Cancellation During Transformation: Once the transformation process has begun (i.e., after the first in-salon session), no refund will be provided for any reason.

  • Hair Dye During Transformation: If you dye your hair during the transformation process without prior consultation, your transformation will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.

5. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of the transformation process or as per an agreed instalment plan.

  • Instalment plans, if applicable, will be clearly outlined before commencement of the service.

  • Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in cancellation of future appointments, with any payments made up to that point being non-refundable.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

  • Photos and videos will be taken during your appointments to ensure continuity in your grey blending process.

  • These visuals may also be used for marketing purposes on social media or other promotional platforms. If you do not wish for your face to be shown, please inform me in advance so I can ensure identifiable details are blurred or concealed.

7. Liability

  • While I will take all reasonable care to provide a professional and satisfying service, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond my control. These include but are not limited to:

    • Acts of God (natural disasters, weather events, etc.)

    • Civil unrest or public disturbances

    • Power outages or technical issues

    • Inability to contact the client due to changes in contact information not communicated to me.

  • In such circumstances, I will make every effort to contact you and reschedule your appointment where appropriate.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Follow the recommended patch test procedure prior to your first appointment to ensure there is no adverse reaction to the products used.

  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the services provided. Failure to do so may result in harm, for which I cannot be held liable.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing.

  • If you do not accept the revised Terms, services may be terminated.

  • The Terms will be deemed accepted upon the first payment or signature, whichever occurs first.

1. Eligibility

  • The Grey Blending Expert Course is designed for licensed stylists and industry professionals who want to expand their knowledge and skills in grey blending.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

2. Course Content

  • The course includes comprehensive training, techniques, and processes for grey blending tailored for professional use.

  • All course materials, including videos, guides, and supplementary resources, are the intellectual property of Rosie Baylis Hair and are provided for personal, professional development only.

  • Redistribution, replication, or copying of course content in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and possible legal action.

3. Lifetime Access

  • By enrolling in the course, you are granted lifetime access to the course materials.

  • Access is limited to the individual purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared. Any unauthorised sharing of login credentials or materials will result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

4. Payment Options

  • You may choose between the following payment options:

    1. Full Payment: The total course fee is paid in one upfront payment.

    2. Payment Plans:

      • 6-Month Plan: The total fee is divided into six monthly instalments.

      • 12-Month Plan: The total fee is divided into twelve monthly instalments.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments, whether made in full or through a payment plan, are non-refundable, as this is a digital and intellectual property-based course.

  • For payment plans, all instalments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in:

    1. Suspension of access to the course materials until the balance is paid.

    2. Initiation of legal proceedings to recover the outstanding balance, including but not limited to obtaining a court order.

6. Legal Action for Non-Payment

  • In the event of non-payment for any instalment, Rosie Baylis Hair reserves the right to seek legal action, including obtaining a court order to recover the unpaid balance. Any legal fees or costs incurred in this process will be added to the total amount owed by the enrollee.

7. Liability

  • The course is provided as-is, and while every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of content, Rosie Baylis Hair is not responsible for individual outcomes or results.

  • It is your responsibility to apply the knowledge gained appropriately within your professional practice.

8. Certification

  • Completion of the course may include a certification, provided all required modules and assessments are completed successfully.

  • Certification does not imply licensure or authorisation to perform professional services outside the scope of your current qualifications.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including but not limited to videos, guides, PDFs, and digital assets, remain the intellectual property of Rosie Baylis Hair.

  • Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials will result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and may result in legal action.

10. Modifications and Updates
