Cancellation Process

As a student, you can cancel your course subscription through Our Online Portal directly from your account. This process will stop future recurring payments, and you will retain access to the course content until the current paid period ends.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide

1. Log into your Our Online Portal account.

2. Click on the "Settings" option from the left-hand side menu.

3. Navigate to the "Billing" section under your account settings.

4. Under the "Subscriptions" tab, locate the subscription for the course you wish to cancel.

5. In the "Actions" column, click the "Cancel" button.

6. A confirmation message will appear asking if you're sure you want to cancel your subscription. Confirm your cancellation.

7. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, but you will still have access to the course content until the end of the current billing period.

Terms:

Canceling your subscription will stop future payments, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

No immediate refunds

Our terms generally state that payments already made for a subscription are not refundable.

The cancellation simply prevents future charges.
